Beta Test Agreement

By signing up for and using the Butter beta software, you ("Tester") agree to the following terms with Butter System Inc. ("Butter").

1. Purpose

Tester agrees to use Butter's software in a beta capacity to evaluate features, performance, and overall utility.

Butter grants Tester a free, non-transferable license to use the beta version solely for testing and feedback purposes.

Tester agrees to provide feedback to Butter. Butter may use this feedback without restriction.

The beta is provided free of charge. Butter is not obligated to continue providing access after the beta period.

Tester agrees not to disclose information about the software or experience to third parties without written permission.

The beta software is provided "AS IS". Butter makes no warranties and is not liable for any issues arising during testing.

Butter's total liability is limited to $100. This limitation applies to any legal theory, including breach of contract or negligence.

This Agreement begins when the Tester signs up and continues until either party terminates it with written notice.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
